Good to see you not blown away when the tornadoes came calling. I still have a tarp on my roof from the last one (uh, last tornado but 2nd tarp). I’m glad you got your trailer lined out 👍🏻 I have/had a California boy that lives down the road from me. He’s a Captain with the LAFD. Apparently, they pay well enough for him to fly back and forth. All I do know is I almost never see him - which makes him a good neighbor lol.

😂😂. Yesmam, I’ve heard my daddy use it all my life. When I was a kid I didn’t get it, but I realized later that we are trading money for an item or sometimes work or what have ya. Great video, love the quotes you put in, scripture was great. Hope the new fix works, if not, weld some folding d-rings to the floor and ratchet strap a timber down behind the pallet. Keep kicking but, were rootin for you from Washington state. I agree it's amazing the folks I meet through firewood and youtube.

You could run a ratchet strap along the top like you have it. Then run a ratchet strap from the D rings up front the through the pallet at the bottom to keep it from kicking out of the bolt don’t hold. Keep on trying and you’ll get it. Closing in on 1k subscribers.

Your customer from Cali will appreciate the well seasoned wood, I’ve learned to carry my moisture meter with me, if a customer wants to question my wood i give them a hatchet and my meter. Have a good day See you next video

Hey Jacob! Nice job that day on the double delivery! Too bad the pallet blew out on ya, but Looks like you came up with a pretty good solution there for the pallet divider! Thanks for having us over to visit, I always appreciate you having us along and chatting with us 🔥💯👍. Thanks for sharing the new customer story 💯👍 we’ve had about 8” of snow here so far, but just got a bunch of rain, now it’s all gone! Winter is settling in though up here in central NB. I was thinking that if you had D-rings up front, you could strap the bottom of your pallets to it. I don’t know,….it was just a thought. Nevermind,…you got it solved.

i also one time took an old dump truck tail gate and made a swing gate inside the trailer ,, it worked pretty slick , that way you could have an open trailer when gate is open , then sections when closed . stay safe , stay blessed ,, cheers @@TwinCityFirewood

Great idea i would have just run another 2x4 down and attached to the top of your board rails then unscrewed it when you didnt need it.

Thanks! Thats a great idea there!! I didn’t even think of that. I did want something on both sides of the pallet to keep it upright & stable. So I can load the firewood from the rear or the front of the trailer. Thanks for the suggestion and for your time watching and commenting!!

Jacob, that's excellent ingenuity with those nuts. You can learn more by making mistakes. Never be afraid to give something a try. I like the box being divided up for different deliveries. Keep up the great work .

Run a 2x4 across and wedge it in the stake slot and screw it to the pallet. No need to weld or drill.

Jacob those nuts with T- handles will do the trick. Your cousin did you right on that fab job. Guess you were lucky a couple days ago. Tornado went over you or had not developed yet. Killed a couple people 92 miles east of you in Clarksville. Couple more got killed in Nashville. Stay safe! -Everett

Yessir, he did great. One tornado tore up quite a bit about 20 miles from us. No fatalities though, Thank the Lord. I sure hate it for the families affected. We were blessed not to get any damage. Many thanks!!

Can you make a brace you screw into the side boards that hangs all the way down? 2x4 screwed onto another one into the side boards on each side?

I wonder if some load lock bars would help keep those pallets in place? trial and error will get you there
