Zeke talked about that and even had flash backs of Levi and Reinner. had flashback of Mikasa. The boats thing he only talked about that it couldn't be one Titan who destroyed the boats (They might show it later on the show as right now they are focusing on Marley).

Yeah they talked about the boats but in the manga they show Eren and armins Titan form like chilling on the rocks. It was super cool panel in the manga and I wanted to see it on anime but I guess not

@R A Lol FUCK no. Eldians are based primarily on Jewish people with hints of different Asian histories. White people aren't fighting in the Middle East to prove they're human to a race they previously oppressed. In fact, almost every other race, including a huge chunk of white people, want the US to _stop_ fighting in the Middle East. Marley is literally a direct parallel to Nazi Germany. A military dictatorship that bounced back from losing a war, occupying many countries around the world while using another ethnicity as a scapegoat, keeping them in internment zones with systemic extermination programs. They also have a unit specifically for that race to gain honorary citizenship if they betray their own people.

The Asian aspects are in relation to their current geopolitical complications, as well as some of them literally being based on Japanese things and people. The Eldian symbol is based on the star of David. The Eldian restorationists are an ethno-religious group. Eldians are separated into different tribes from the same race unified under one founding deity that doubles as their reincarnated monarch. These different monarchs lead them down a specific course in history where they had no true homeland, faced persecution for old ethnic rivalries until an unrelated savior who inherited their god's power was born. This savior is hated by everyone, including his own people, and he's meant to bring about a new age after destroying the world. Then, you know, the whole "descent" after a devil tempted a girl into eating a fruit. Arm bands. Ghettos. The WWII imagery. The blood tests. Ragako village getting gased. The systemic genocide by being turned to titans. The inscription for honorary citizenship. Being scapegoats for every ill in the world. Etc. Marleyans are Germans.

Even if the technology of airplanes and airships advance and that brings the possibility that they could carpet bomb the Titans if their employed on the battlefield I don’t think that would be the end of the Titans being a major military edge. Instead of using the Titans as “tanks” they could instead train the Titans shifters as either espionage agents or as units like the US navy seals where they sneak into enemy territory and have them destroy specific targets like munitions factory’s, or even airports. Basically train them in gorilla tactics, striking and then exiting from their Titans bodies. It’s also been proven that they can generate titan forms multiple times so they could make decoys titan bodies for the enemy to see and as the enemy goes to attack the empty titan body the other shifters could then use the distraction once again to get to a strategic target shift destroy the target and then exit the bodies once again as a decoy that the enemy will be focused on destroying while the shifters escape out of the hostile area. This could be especially effective with the war titan that is controlled from a remote location and with its ability to generate weapons it could easily have at least some anti-aircraft abilities and if the titan body is destroyed it doesn’t matter because their is no one actually occupying the body, this titan would like be the most useful for making a distraction in order to draw the attention of enemy forces to it and whilst it is taking the brunt of the attack, the other shifters could flank or sneak into a strategic position especially if they were to use the cart titan, as it is able to be modified with armor, and guns, while remaining highly mobile, so the other shifters could simply ride on the cart titan to a certain point get off, then let the cart titan draw attention away from the shifters who have been dropped as its high mobility means it would be a challenge for aircraft or heavy Artillery fire to hit it. Then the shifters get into position transform devastate what ever their target is and then run off leaving the titan bodies as decoys for the enemy to attack. I could go on but the shifters still have a lot of potential as a war asset, they would also be great for assassinations as their should be plenty of situations in which a target would be vulnerable, especially if the colossal titan was to be employed as its ability of essentially nuke an area would be optimal to ensure the elimination of a target as well as totally neutralizing any and all guard forces of the target.

@@bricktea3645 Thats the point of a mobile tank. Higher mobility over armor. Its no problem if they don't get hit. Ranged weapons vastly decrease the chances of getting hit by cannons
