All I can say is you have a mod conflict of some sort. Are you familiar with how to troubleshoot a problem like that?

I can't remember if the file needs to be extracted. Likely does which might explain why it isn't showing up.

I have both the Mack and the add-on, but unfortunately whenever I try to select the sleeper, it doesn't attach. I have it in the proper load order, but I'm wondering if it's conflicting with one of my other truck mods

It has to be a mod conflict. It works pretty flawlessly. I was just in a convoy with three Discord members and we had the Mack R and Dieling Addon in the mod order. It just seems to work seamlessly. Can you try it in a profile with fewer mods in it?

Or maybe create a test profile? I have some tutorials out on profiles that may help.

I have Mack R mod and this add-on mod placed correctly in mod manager but i have bug with interior camera when i can get on the back of the truck without sleeper. Any idea how to fix it?

I'm not sure to be honest. I'll have jump in the truck and try to see if I can recreate the problem.

Actually, that is a bug with the mod.
