In original russian voiceovers Nechaev catchphrase is more expletive, literally "f*cking pies". English voiceovers in general are pretty mediocre, in this case too.

Sergey isn’t dead rather passed out, we don’t fully know since he was incapacitated by Char-less when he was trying to remove the glove. Most likely he was tazed and knocked out. Sechenov is dead, Charles’s became this humanoid blob, and Right now Sergey is being held in the hospital room where all the experiments are being held. The second dlc follows the “good” ending just as Sergey is finally waking up from being tazed. He will retrieve the rings and take down char less

Both ending are canon as "Mudfish" themselves said. DLC 1 continues story of short ending, where Nechaev threw out glove and Collective 2.0 was sucessfully launched so the entire world joined communist mind-networking utopia. At it's ending only Zakharov-HRAZ/Char-les resist it, hacking people brains to commit acts of terrorism. DLC 2 continues story of long ending, where Sechenov was shot and Zakharov becaming egoistic master of Collective 2.0. At it's end only Nechaev, freshly out of Limbo, and his wife aka The Twins, can stop him. 2 more DLC are in seasons pass, likely continuing each plotline cuz in endings of both DLC's Zakharov are still remains a problem.
