Honestly, I like this. It makes her feel more human. Yes, she has all these incredible powers and wants to help people, but she's not a god. She's fallible and capable of making mistakes, despite her best intentions.

Why on earth do people WANT superheroes to feel human? The whole point of these stories is that we get to watch characters who are better than human.

This is why Thragg is such a nightmare to square up with. He does not fuk around gloating and styling. If he has the opportunity to kill you and wants to? You're dead, that simple.

@@BaulFoodmanedits because her parents aren’t important enough to be killed for no reason plus there apart of her development. Killing off her parents would make a huge change to her character it wouldn’t fit with the story and plus later on eve has her own tragedies to deal her parents dying would just be too much

kinda fascinating that people don’t seem to get what the point of this scene was. she was obviously in a bad place because of the thing that happened with the park and her dad constantly putting her down. she wanted to fight killcannon and unfortunately because of her anger and disappointment in herself completely lost control and made it even worse. eve went to look for mark before this, because she obviously needed comfort. the fact that she was alone and didn’t have anyone to talk to about her problems drove her to do this. in the end eve is a very lonely individual who just wants someone to be there for her. it was also apparent in her special that she never really had friends and that her parents don’t connect to her.

For someone who's been kicking killcannon's ass since she was a preteen and who has probably the most broken super power ever. You would have expected better.

The funny part about this is that Killcannon's VA is also the voice for Eve's dad, Adam Wilkins. So, in a way, this is basically Eve blowing off steam fighting her dad.

I know she can't manipulate what she perceives as organic or rather living matter, but can she also not touch inorganic stuff inside of people? If she can play with blood I feel like she should be able to delete/draw out water from inside a person.

When she removes her mental block, she couldve enhanced her speed and perception, durability too, instead of giving herself bigger boobs. Enhancing her muscle density, and tightening the atoms of er skin, making it harder to pierce. something that would help her chances. But she doesnt do that, at least not in the comics.

Wait if she knows about her special power. And needs to pretty much die to activate it to be granted god power for a awhile. Why not during the worst of fights blow her own heart up or damage herself just enough to power up? She could literally made herself forget about the pain so she can do it at will?

There are a number of reasons, among them being: That might not be how it works She might not know that’s a thing she can do Who would want to risk that And my personal reason I would never do that on purpose: no mentally ok person would be fine with maiming or near-killing themselves regularly just for that. If a fight demands that kind of power then she’s inevitably not gonna have much of a choice

You forget, this is a cartoon. Amazon gets away with a lot of blood and gore, but teenage suicide?

Atom Eve doesn't use her power at its peak, imagine her controlling or mainuplate atoms, creating a sharp object that could pierce even on metals, better yet, even control her surrounding to her advantage, for example, turning the floor into lava, even turn to very hot particles of something, but here she is, creating force fields or beams or whatever, making her a bit bland... I feel like she is holding back most of her powers.

So I know she had a block on modifying human cells, but surely she can remove water from a person’s lungs? Or y’know build bridge material around the car so it never falls in the first place!
