My Auntie just loves this bird painting !! She just lost her Parrot this morning. But she got solace from listening to your background bird sounds. She says THANKYOU‼️ - Rest with God 🕊 and all the other feathered friends in heaven. I’ll miss you, sweet bird. 🦜♥️ 😥

Beautiful painting, exquisite colour palette and incredible realism to the painting... you can feel the snowy cold! And very very good explanation on everything (colour palette, how to do the wet-on-wet with no masking fluid, shadow effects, moss highlights... overall... OUTSTANDING! Gorgeous is an understatement. This cheery little fellow is lovely. I love how you painted the moss, adding a beautiful warmth with that green. Just wow, Karen! We have Black-capped Chickadees here over the pond at our suet ball and bird seed feeders on this very cold day (minus 39 degrees Celsius) --cousins to your sweet Willow Tit! Did a landscape from you, very nice, however I really struggle on this one, the bird totally doesn't look like yours, definitely not beginners I think. Getting the right texture is really hard.
