I was at this show. Atlantic Starr was AH-mazing!! They actually sound better live. Atlantic Starr is my all time favorite R&B band. At the risk of sounding like my parents... they don't make music like this any more...LOL!

I remember hearing my now ex singing this to me holding my hand while we were driving. He had such a great voice for this song. He said this was my song from the first time we were together as teenagers . He said it was our song when we found one another 20 years later and fell back in love. To bad we couldn't make it last but I will always love him and be here for him if he ever needs me

I lived in Houston until my late 20's. I no longer live there. I miss the live entertainment. I used to sing at a Mex food restr on Fondren called "Leo's", I had many gigs in Houston, but never played Rockefeller's. Some of the best entertainment could come from there on a weeknight, we never had to wait til the wknd.

Reminds me of "Rockefellers" in Houston, Tx. located in the Heights. There was a contest sponsored by Benson and Hedges in the 80's one night. A cover band did this, and they jammed on it for a long time, no one minded in the whole club, we all got into it.

This is the SONG. I love when groups get the crossover appeal with pop songs and they get that national recognition BUT with some groups they 4get their soulful/funk roots. Always and Secret Lovers are ok but Send 4 Me, When Love Calls, and Circles are true Quiet Storm jams. Atlantic Starr NEVER 4 got these songs but the labels wanted them to keep cranking out pop music.

Wayne Lewis kind of resembles Russell Wilson, Ciara's husband. Their demeanor somewhat in a good way. Their self respect itself. Listening to them in interviews. Publicly, their character and spirit. I commend them both. Great men as such of appeal. God bless them in their careers and profession.
