4 Cardamoms
4 Cloves
½ Bay leaf
1 Black Cardamom
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Shahi jeera
½ inch Cinnamon
1 cup Onion slices
3 tbsp Curd
Little Water
1 cup Curd
Salt
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Garam masala
1.5 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
4 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ghee
1 pinch Turmeric
½ tsp Saunf
½ tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 Green Chilli choppings
1 cup Hot Water
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tsp Ghee
