AT&T $1,000 promotion, 9 mos later: NO RESOLUTION YET
Still no resolution, 9 months later regarding a $1,000 trade-in online pre-sale promotion to trade in my Note 8 and get the Note 20 Ultra when it became available... 9 months of phone calls lasting 2 - 3 hours EACH, and STILL, no $1,000 credit... SHAME ON AT&T!!
