I work for AT&T we don’t hide the discounts quite the opposite actually. There’s a quota of a percentage of accounts we do both new and existing we must have a discount attached pretty much any job qualifies for a discount.

I work for ATT, lol every rep should know that everyone at att qualifies for a signature discount saving $500-600 on the bill. They don’t just have to be teacher ,first responders , military, or nurses

I thought a signature discount was simply the $10 per line discount... not the same as the other 3 discount types (military, teachers, first responders/healthcare), which is 25%.

also works for retail workers btw.

As an AT&T rep, my biggest advice is to find a competent and experienced rep who also handle business with integrity. Unfortunately there are reps who don’t take their role seriously and will only do thing that benefits their own pocket.

I just got a new phone and my mom is a teacher so she got a discount from AT&T on the phone line that our family has

Yes. I used to work for T-mobile and At&t and we do give discounts to those kind of customers. Also, if you work for a company eg Mcdonald's etc you can check your service provider's website if your company is listed there and if it's there, you are entitled to a monthly discount with your monthly plan or phone plan.
