Happens alot there, it's because they are stupid.

It's the responsibility of the civil authorities and administrators to make adequate arrangements. It seems they failed utterly. Very sad incident. When we learn from such incidents and start taking precautions to avoid deaths. Human life is not so cheap, please.

Unprofessional people at the helm of affairs i.e. crowd management.First there should have been many specific entry and exit gates,cctv cameras be installed onsite ambulances,doctors,water,etc should have been put in place.These events should have multiple day event not single day event day.Specific number.of passes be issued for particular day.No personal meeting touching feet of babas be allowed.Why courts are taking no suo cognisance on homicide and why not specific guidelines be issued on such gatherings?. Why not organisers are taught "crowd management"curriculum?.

As soon as I saw crush in the title how did I knew it was going to be India. And this country wants to be a super power by 2030...
