Its coming around 3800-4000 sq.ft.construction cost is around 70-75 lakhs, interior would be max. 12-15 lakhs...total building cost is 80-85 lakhs max....they invested money..but output is not upto the mark...

Staircase internal external not upto the mark...for South face, they could have given 4-5 ft straight staircase... internal, it's like climbing a hill

they are telling lies .it’s original cost maybe 1.15cr 3450sqtX2150=7417500+500000elevation+ extra selection 1100000+Interiors+2500000 so total 1.15cr 😂😂 Please don't spread like this lies price video😢😢
