The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. kzread.infoUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

The handles on the buckets will hold up. I filled a couple with 80lbs high strength concrete for shrugs, carries, calf raises, ect. No issues other than the neighbors wondering why I keep walking up and down the street with Home Depot buckets in obvious physical pain.

Hey Ryan, thx for all the awesome content - love the channel, always good information and keeps me pushing my workouts to the limit (I’m sore all the f’ing time now - so thank you) I just finished the full garage 30 day program and am now on day 1-arms of the 30 day full gym plan. These workouts have been destroying me in the best way possible and I can’t thank you enough, I’m getting stronger and actually noticing gains faster than I’ve experienced with previous plans - my body responds really well to the high volume workouts with little rest. I was at a party last weekend and had several people ask me what I’ve been doing with my training and that whatever it is it’s working - no joke. My girlfriend also wanted me to say thanks, she is also enjoying watching me grow (ha) but seriously thank you for putting these together and for all the amazing content. Wanted to let you know I love the pictures you added showing each lift at the end of the videos in the 30 day gym program, they’re really helpful - it saves time in the gym not having to scroll back through the video and try to find the exact spot with the example once I’ve already watched the video. If anyone out there is on the fence about trying either of these programs, just do it - if you follow the plan and do the workouts you will notice a difference, it’s an amazing pump and the variety from week to week keeps you from getting bored. Keep the awesome content coming!!! we’re behind you all the way!! 💪💪💪

I filled a bucket with sand and bricks (would be around 20-22 kgs), now using it to do one arm rows, Goblet squats, bucket press (like plate press). Place a stick beneath the handle and you can do curls, skull crushers, stiff leg deadlift etc.

Nice! I'm using cat litter boxes with 4.5lb bricks. Their handles are significantly thicker than 5 gallon buckets. You can thicken them even more by wrapping rags around the handles then wrapping that with duct tape. Or disconnect the wire handle from the bucket and slip schedule 80 PVC over the handle.

You can get get many body weight Tri workouts from the same channel you're on right now or search for them on YT.
