At Home Drills - Wall Pass and Wall Set

This drill is great for practicing the basics of passing and setting. With passing, you want your right foot slightly in front of your left, your knees slightly bent, your hips high and back, your chest down, your shoulders shrugged, your chin tucked, your back arched, and your platform locked. For setting you want to get the ball right on top of your forehead, and to finish with your palms even and forward/out--we call this a superman finish.
