    The optical S/PDIF out port described in the rear panel I/O description is incorrectly entered. The optical S/PDIF header is inside, but it does not provide a separate port on the rear panel.

    Do you know if it's possible to enable/disable the m.2 slots in BIOS for drive isolation? Similar to what you do with SATA ports. Asking because this seems to be a rare and complex feature to implement. If you would know this with 100% certainty it would be golden. The setup looks great! Anyway nice video!

    Are you using the same CPU as in previous videos? I noticed big power consumption bump from around 80W on Gigabyte board to 99W on this board. Does it mean that Asus is so inefficient in both Idle and Load?

    Is there a way to undervoltage the i5-13500 on this motherboard? On the net, I only found information that this can be done by replacing the microcode with 0x104 - but I do not have this section in the BIOS. I currently have the latest BIOS version 1205 + Intel ME 16.1.27.2176 P.S I will be very grateful to you if you make a video about undervolting with this b760-i and non-k 13 gen. processor. - for many it will be invaluable information!

    Unfortunately, I don't think there is a microcode change function in the CPU other than the K version yet. However, undervolting function was applied up to -0.05v without microcode change in Non-K CPU.

    Can you tell me what is the vcore of your cpu in the bios? Have you undervolted it? I see it is pullinh 1.057V at 100W of load. Mine is a 14600 and it pulls 1.28V at 100W and in bios it is set at 1.27V which for me is a bit high.

  • @DalraeMyo

    @DalraeMyo

    4 ай бұрын

    The Vcore of the CPU is the voltage applied to the CPU. I've tried undervolting a few times on the motherboard of the B chipset, but I've seen that the multi-performance score is significantly lower than that of the Z chipset motherboard. However, if some microcode changes are possible on the B chipset motherboard, it is possible to offset the significant performance drop to some extent.

    Do you think this motherboard would be good paired with 13700K? The B760-i from MSI seems to have a better VRM maybe it's better VRM. How do you think both boards compare? thanks!

  • @DalraeMyo

    Personally, if you're using a K-version CPU, you'd better choose a Z Chipset motherboard. This is because it can be used at a lower voltage than the B760 chipset motherboard when the CPU is under load. (Also, in Korea, the price difference between B760i motherboard and Z690i motherboard is small.)

    The b760i EDGE certainly had a slightly higher VRM spec compared to the b760i STRIX. If the price is similar, and there is no objection to white color, the b760i EDGE would be a good choice. The downside of the B760i EDGE is that the pin location and sound chipset of the F_Panel are ALC897. @@BornIntoThis20

I'll check more of your builds videos to choose between the 13600k and 13700k regarding temps and PL/UV, still undecided and they help a lot ;) May I ask, since you tried lot of them, what AIO or ventirad cooling solution you think would be best for a 13600k or 13700k in a hyte revolt 3 with a CPU intensive usage (editing)?

    Most AIO solutions have similar performance. I think pump OEM is important as a personal recommendation, so I recommend Asetek OEM products. (Models with 7+ Generations of PUMP) In addition, in the case of B660/760 chipset motherboards, there is a section where the CPU performance score decreases when UV is applied. I understand the intent of your question. Are you right to worry that it is mounted slightly tilted due to the VRM heat shield like AXP120-X67? For the AN600, it's a little more relaxed, but it's still just right at the height of the B760-IVRM heatsink, or it can tilt a little bit. If you don't like this, there's a CPU cooler called is-67-xt.
