This completely let me solve the fan overheating issue by replacing the old thermal compound in it. Now it hardly blows hot hair and the fans spin nice and quietly

So I have this monitor. The fans just started squealing then it wouldn't turn on .... Is it possible that senses if it has fan problems and then won't turn on as. A fail safe?

I’ve had this monitor since launch. It’s still the goat. I had the PG32UQX and LG OLEDs, PC games look best on the 27UQ.

You mean PG27UQ is better then PG32UQX for gaming, can you explain ? I have X27P which is equivalent of PG27UQ, PG35VQ and LG OLED and when is about HDR both my monitors outshine OLED.

@@alexsnow5 the PG32UQX is superior in every way except one. The haloing is awful. It’s so bad I prefer the PG27UQ. All day. You are right about HDR looking way better on the monitors as well. Night and day I think. I am waiting on the Acer X32 now. I hope it’s the one for me.

@@alexsnow5 I love ROG products. I saved for a year for the PG32UQX. That monitor broke my heart. Don’t do it. If haloing is an issue for you especially.

@@LexLutha I was looking for comparison videos between the PG27UQ and PG32UQX but can't find any, only reviews. Thanks buddy i'll wait for the moment maybe Acer will come with a better monitor, also not having at least one HDMI 2.1 port it was very disappointing. Have a good day

Any chance you still have the button assembly for that? I’ll pay you for it, lol. My joystick snapped.

Disregard, I disassembled that switch and it turns out it could be put back together. If anyone’s joystick breaks, take it apart and look at it. Just beware the light sensor in this vid. Mine didn’t have that though (cutout was there but no sensor).

just un plug power cord.. and plug again.. do it until monitor turns on..

@@denisubagja5032 where did you get IC? Mine burned this weekend as well. The right backlit board IC, I'm open to replace the whole backlit board but asus says they don't have it and left me on my own

@@rishav_v in Indonesia, it's really affordable.. it cost 2$ per IC. after replace it, your monitor will be good.. but after 3 months, it will go blank again.. haha
