Anch’io ho la mateminco mt70 mini .Secondo me ha un tiro migliore di questa,e riscalda anche meno.

I picked up the 26800 tube with mine. It makes the handle a better length for handling.

I have the Mateminco version of this light. Great output but does drink the battery on turbo

Merry and bright..😊 Pity they didnt send you the SFN55.2 unit along with this. That one seems to be at the same ballpark with the SFH55.2 ,perhaps with a bit less lumens, but more define hotspot and easier on the current drainage. I'm on the fence with the sfn55.2 and the older xhp50.2 ft03 (since they share the same driver). I have some 40t,p42a,and 30t that i can squeeze some juice out of them.. Thanks Flash, Cheers..🌿

5:12 here steps down from high mode too after 25 secs? 5:30 ye thatz the thing but how i gett there? is nothing in manual; and how i know that the torch knows what temperature is? coz is says if 30 celsisu than to putt to 50 press 20 times..?

Thanks for the detailed review, I got mine delivered last Saturday ! I love it the beam is just what I like for a walking light. It's on the big side but fits in my gilet pocket OK . I tether it to my belt with some cord so if I drop it it doesn't end up in the mud/water. I didn't know the lux levels on stepped so this is useful. I run it on level 4 or 5 which is plenty. I'm using the Ampsplus 26650 32a 4200 cell. It seems to do the job I need. I have a Samsung 40t and Mollicel p42a if I want to try them out, but I rarely run turbo. Astrolux gives a lot of product for the cost. You must be located a few miles north of me ? I'm mid way between Barnsley and Sheffield.

I have both of these FT03S lights.. same colors as well... For general walking purposes the sfh55 is better .. but when you have to light up something faaaaar away.. sbt90.5 all the way!!

40T has more power than the P42A.

5:48 so goes down to 2k lumens; and in/from High mode also?

i done something and now the switch button lights in red/green or jsut red and can not be turden out [stays on a lower mode but no swithving off];

Great review as always. That’s a lot of punch in a smallish package. Is that an osram led? It reminds me of an xhp70.2. Jack of all trades. High output with a good balance of throw and flood. It’s a good “do all” light.

I am writing to you from Italy, I just got this wonderful light from Banggood, I find it really impressive as a single LED, it has a spectacular beam and throw, as well as a beautiful torch.Listen I am very happy with how it is and how it works but I have only one problem, the torch both on ramp and in steps does not keep in memory the last mode selected..... if I was halfway up the ramp and I turn off the light, with a click the torch starts from the bottom ... second is that a problem for you? or can it be solved? thank you very much Andrew

i buyed a moli 45p from Ali man XD - that battery is crazy! it made this astro to drop down in 10 secs from only 6th step! XD [it needs to warm up as i see and then keeps probable ]

Great beam profile, a floody thrower! But, I simple will not use a blue-white flashlight. Must be 5000k or lower CCT. Plus this light crashes to about 600 lumen in under 10 minutes while the driver wildly fluctuates. Too bad because I think this emitter shows promise in a better driven flashlight with a quality driver. As is, it is literally a flash in the pan.

Too funny. I got rid of my SP70 because I thought it was a nothing burger. Much preferred my SF47 with 4 SST40s, but it's certainly no thrower. Might have to give this one a shot. My only concern is the vastly overrated 9000 lumen output.

The battery will do ok, sometimes sofirn cells have quite high resistance but it will still get close to max power

Probably the SFH purely for the wow factor. Performance wise they'll be similar once they heat up.

Yeah, it adjusted for 5 mins then settled. It was quite high tbh, even after 25 seconds of Turbo.

Great review! So it isn't anywhere close to the claimed "9300 lumens", right? With average cell apparently it only does 4300 lumens or so, which is only 46% of what they claimed it to be.

ye it writes from 20 push 20 to 50 ; but what is the 30? or is on room temp. then 40? and from which stage i push 30? is not clear the thing; yesterday i accidentaly setted very good coz was heated up but not to much and also the high modes not dropped down [only 2 times but not even as a step but just a lil lil bit and after on until the batteries sinked was no step down; but the problem is the vapcell 6200mah coz with that is flickering as hell ; do ypu know how i can write to Bnaggod? coz they dont have no seller-messenger no mail no nothing i can find; ?@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV

I can't charge it, I tried USB chargers for my phone, tablet, laptop and it doesn't work. All chargers are 5/9V 2A. The USB A to USB C cable doesn't work either

The tint is similar to the P70 LED's, very white. Good power for the price though I suppose.

But look that FT02S is good on closer range instead FT03S is perfect for middle range and pretty much flood with that. FT03S is So much universal.

well the led is i donno i dont see anything just a 4 corner yelow thing [sorry i am not versed in this electronic stuffs] which is in in another 4 corner white thing; and at corners are some 4 dark dots - thatz it; but as i se the beam from baclonry and in the house it seems the sh55 coz is not narrow like the sb90 @@FLASHAHOLIC_TV

nah when i was thinking everything is ok seems is a problem; with the vapcell charged fully, and at start [first two minutes, the torch is flickering AF; what can be the problem? because this vapcell 6200mah has to much power coming out and the led cannot handle this and messes up?; because with also fully charged two other batteries a trilifstore battery 5200mah and litokala yeloww 5100 not makes this; the trilife battery notr has max cont discharge mentioned on battery; the vapcell 6200mah has max cont. disch. 15A, the yellow litokala has 20A; what you think? @@FLASHAHOLIC_TV

helo! so i tested the torch with that yellow Litokala 5100 battery [after as i said i puttered somenth. on ''temp config''-mode; i tested as 5 minutes burning and 15/20 minutes to cool down [it getted hot especialy at the first 5 minutes but not as my other chinese torches which at 5 minut are hot as you can realy keep them in hand]; test/5 minutes burn at High-mode; 1st 5 minutes; after 4 minutes stpepped down one 2nd 5 minutes; stepped down 2 stepps but!; 3/4th 5 minutes not stepped down at all! and that continued to 9th 5 minute! and only again at 10th 5 minute stepped down 3 stepps 11th 5 min. - also stepped down 3 times [the light on start of 5 min. is fainted already of course] and here i stopped. [at 7/8th 5 min. the hotness of torch was already not so big as at the begining] - and today morning i checked on battery [only in a chinese lep torch coz that shows the %] and was on 14 % [yesterday evening when i took out after testing was on 1%]; so i putted again in and kept again for 2x5 minutes but with faint lights and stepping down meantime 4-5 times]; so it seems it keeps with this 5100 lito/yellow for letz say 45/50 minutes; and aprox this is the time of the same battery in that chinese 1 battery torch too; so it seems i solved the ''stepping down'' even i donno what i done and how XD

now i am at test with 6200 golden vapcell but it started creepy; two 5 minutes done and stepped down after 1 minute at 1st 5 min. and is vibrating!!! i donno why [yesterday when i first tryed out and as i said stepped down after 2-3 minutes from high-mode, so then also was tepping but not as 1 step in 1-2 min. but coninuosly and was vibrating in every seconf almost meanwhile! - maybe is a conection problem or someth?@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV

XD it is with the 2nd vapcell coz i burned to 0 ground the other one - later i will putt you that too]

it seems i tapped 22 times [coz it writes someth like it should be on room temp. so i pushed 22 times]; and now after 5 minutes burning i entered in temp mode; and blinks the actual temp [is someth 35 degrees after burning] and realy! goes down and stops at 2+2 blinking!
