SbS DEFTxSTAR I felt it made a huge difference, but that’s because my previous brakes were horrific. The drilled and grooves are probably just for looks, I doubt they make much difference. It’s mainly the pads and disc itself

How are the brakes now? Any issues? Thinking of getting Mtech, mostly good reviews

Mark's P.H Just use a decent amount of copper grease, avoid squeezing. I put some on and never heard a squeak in 2 years. Changing them to Gcap discs now

What coilovers do you have ?

Just got mtec brakes for my astra h looks like they have sent me out two pairs of front brake disks as the rear disks are not solid like yours in the video they are vented with 5 location studs 3 they look nothing like your rear disks attal weird 😢😅 i maybe have to get intouch with mtec 😂

Dude you’ve put the rotors on back to front. The grooves should be facing towards the pads.

The grooves on the outside mean nothing. It’s the vanes that matter, those discs have straight vanes so either direction is fine

I’ve fitted my grooved discs with opposite way round to the ones in the vid as it’s the way I’ve always fitted my grooved discs as it helps the air to circulate across the braking surface to keep pads & discs from over heating! But yes the can work the opposite way round to but don’t vent the air to well 👍
