Is it legal in Bulgaria this kind of tuning? In Italy they will confiscate the car as soon as they get is not original...

No its not legal but they don't check the cars if they are powered up or not, they care only about the registration numbers and the serial number of the engine and car, is it the same like at the documents of the car. :)
