The pace issue here is clearly because of inconsistency. This shows why consistency matters a lot in general. Last week’s 6 races was recorded in one sitting on Monday. Just going one week without racing has made me lose that confidence in the car. Felt like the rear could slide off any moment 🫨🫨 This is concerning cuz I maybe away for the next 2-3 weeks due to work & stuff & later getting up to speed would take some time.

small margins mate, being dive bombed a couple of times can knock your confidence too, seemed to struggle for traction which might be to do with rears being 27.7 but not certain...did u make any car set up changes to achieve you 2.17 lap times in future maybe past recent race? was still a great watch for me ❤

Absolutely no changes with the setup whatsoever tho. Still running max wing 😅😅 I got the confidence after 2-3 races. I’ll be honest mate, this feeling has been there for a few years now. Back on Xbox, I used to drive the 991s & a week without racing would make me so vulnerable to mistakes & would lose the confidence entirely. Maybe that’s my mindset & could come out of it. Or it could be for the lift off oversteer at the back of my mind too. Although it’s not common with the 992s since it’s very different compared to the 991s. Again, I feel like it’s more of a mindset than anything. P.S sorry for the delayed response mate. Really held up with work 😮‍💨

@@SlicksandSlipstream imagine how i feel...i just checked and my last race was beginning of april...i just checked zolder and its 2023 in previous version on lfm! i just about get going and it's time to pack the rig away as i would have been on it for 3-4 nights and maybe all day weekends if i can get away with it lol

Ever since you said you've gotten a chance to drive once or twice this year, I was like how do you even manage to get that flow going after jumping into the car 😅😅 More over there's a lot of changes from the last version to this version with BoP updates and basic game updates as well.... If I were you, I wouldn't even think about pushing & probably load the safe setup or even download a setup from one those top setup creators just to ensure my car sits stable 🤣🤣 Hearing this made me happy & sad at the same time. Happy to see you racing but sad that you've been racing for the last 3-4 nights but still we couldn't do one race ☹

@@SlicksandSlipstream ive not been racing since beginning of April mate, originally i got the ferrari 296 set ups from a well know provider but i felt even tho they provided v2 set ups foc there has been so many changes in bop that these set ups became either impossible or too difficult for me to be fast...since then i have been trying to create set ups in the macca, lambo and aston using a pre set i learned through someone on YT also trying same set up in the 296 which i preferred over paid set ups but all very time consuming when u just want to race...it's close to starting again everytime my rig comes out but when its out i dont really care...lets go!! lol

A Good race just got ruined , that was unlucky, I got 2 races ruined also this week... you have the pace, me i am strugling in to turn1 it's hard to be consistent there, We had a good race together on saturday, you and p1 was crasy to go side by side in to raidillon you avoided a drama there, i did lot of mistake that's why could not go up , as you said we need more time to improve

Honestly speaking, the pace wasn’t there until today. I don’t know if it’s a mcl thing, but even I had issues with T1 at spa when I was driving the 720s. It was so sluggish & used to be hit or a miss scenario. Likewise… it was a nice race though 👊 Our race video is live on the channel now.

i think you need to increase your view rear mirror distance a little bit
