Hi Just a quick question, When you're smoothing the joints between the fuselage,wings,wings to fuselage what do you use and how long does it take you? Mine never smooth down as well maybe I'm doing it wrong! Thanks John Ps very good job on the Norwegian 787

@@BrodieD nice, air nz is my national airline and it's always great to see the jets coming in. It's sad that they retired the 777-200 all blacks one tho, that was a nice plane

@@deathtrooper2.931 yeh it is. I've also got plans for a Qantas 747-400 which is my national airline. So sad to see them go. I was planning on doing a trip this year on a route where the 747s still run but covid happened

You should try to make a smaller jet but pre shade it and add wash and everything, love to see something like that but even this is amazing

Hi Jarkko! Ich bin immerwieder erstaunt, was du in deinem Alter für Modelle auf die Beine stellst. 👍🏻 Wie kommst du mit der Lackierkabine zurecht? Lackieren, kleben, spachteln und schleifen hast du echt drauf. Schön das du dir auch Bilder der originalen Maschinen als Referenz anguckst. Für ein nahezu perfektes Modell würde ich dir noch ein "washing" empfehlen. Gibt es schon fertig von vielen Herstellern zu kaufen. Ich nutze Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color. Das läuft schön in die Gravuren. Anwendungen Fahrwerk, Felgen und die ganzen Klappen wie Seitenruder, Höhenruder, Querruder, etc.. Einzig schade das du immernoch die Felgenaußenkante (Felgenkranz/Felgenhorn) Reifenschwarz übermalst. Auch hier wäre das "Wash" ideal um nach der Lackierung der Felge eine klare Abgrenzung zwischen Felge und Reifen zu schaffen. Auch würde ich dir als erfahrender Modellbauer raten, die Teile einzeln aus dem Gießast zu entfernen und zu versäubern. Heisst: Angußpunkte und evtl. Formtrennnähte oder gar "Fischhaut" zu entfernen. Vor dem lackieren fixierst du die Teile auf Zahnstocher ggf. mit UHU Patafix, dass du nach der Lackierung zum trocknen auf einer Styropor- oder Sterodurplatte stecken kannst. Ich wünsche dir weiter frohes kleben und bin gespannt auf das nächste Video von dir.

Moin👋🏻 Vielen lieben Dann erstmal😊🙏 Ich habe die ganzen Zeugs für „wash“ schon da. Das ist, soweit ich weiß, der Panel Liner und Tamiya Laquer Thinner zum abwischen. Jedoch bin ich immernoch nervös, ob ich die lacjierte Farbe abwische😅 Mit der Kabine kommt man gut zurecht. Bei großen Modellen ist es zwar ein wenig schwierig, aber man bekommt es hin😁 stimmt, bei den Rädern habe ich tatsächlich einen Fehler gemacht, ups😅 aber den Panel Liner zu nehmen finde ich da nicht so ideal. Mir ist das ding immer mit in die Mitte geflossen, wohin ich es ja garnicht wollte.😅 ich schaue nochmal.. Vielen Dank für deinen Kommentar und deine Kritik😊 ebenfalls schönes Bauen👋🏻

Probieren geht über studieren. 😉 Probiere es mal an einem alten Modell, oder an Teilen die du nicht mehr brauchst. Das wash unbedingt trocknen lassen und voher auf glänzend lackierten Flächen auftragen. Meisstens muss man nix wegwischen. Ggf. erst trocken mit Küchenkrepp abrubbeln, oder mit Waschbenzin, etc.. Weiter so! 👍🏻

Einfach nur wunderschön 🤩 😊 Mir fehlen echt die Worte. Meiner Meinung nach ist das dein bisher bestes Modell. Sowohl das Flugzeug aus als auch die Livery bzw. die Airline 😊. Ich bin gespannt was du beim nächsten Video auf die Beine gestellt bekommst und ob du deine Fähigkeiten mal wieder übertreffen wirst. Ich baue zur Zeit an der Revell 777 in deren „House Livery“ und wollte wissen ob du ein paar Tipps für dieses Wellenmuster hast. Besonderes masking tape oder sonstiges? Ich danke schon mal für deine Antwort und freue mich auf dein nächstes Modell. 😊 VG.

Moin, vielen lieben Dank😊🙏🙏 Zu empfehlen ist flexibles Masking Tape. Ich nehme Nitton Tape. Du kannst aber auch normales tape nehmen ind in kleine stücke schneiden, die dann eine Welle ergeben. So habe ich es gemacht. Mittlerweile würde ich es aber mit dem Nitton machen😅

I began in July with the build😁 I didn’t worked every day on it, and in august I was in vacation, but the rest of the days were almost everyday work on the 787
