How does one prevent corrosion of the Aluminum panel due to the dissimilar material of the Deform nut?
How does one ensure that the adhesive bonds to the inner skin and the core foil, since that material has not been primed and usually has thermobonding compound that generally does not stick well to adhesives, unless surface-activated? I.e. are Plastcore panels particularly well suited for this process?

Greetings and thanks for the video. Will this work in Fiberglass Laminated Composite Honeycomb Panels as well as it pertains to the deform nut and the riveting it in etc.? If not, do you have any recommendations for that particular material?

Yes. It works great in fiberglass. Have done this on many projects.
