Had a friend in High school in the late 70's who had a 72 Nova with a 250 straight 6 and a 3-speed manual He ran a header with glass packs and a 4 barrel with an Offenhauser intake it sounded like a herd of pissed off bumble bees. Those were the days !!!!

I wish I would have been around in those days. I think I’m here to try to keep it alive in younger generations

That's great that you found that old comp cam and I like that gold on that old 6 cylinder. All that head work and cam should wake up that 6 cylinder. I enjoyed the video as usual, can hardly wait until the next on. Take care of that back, I know the feeling from experience!

Yea my man I had 2 of the old 250 6 bangers 1 was a 74 nova original motor n the other was a 76 Camaro motor I think was the yr very tough engines I have always wanted to build 1 like this to put in an old Chevy I can't wait till u finally finish and I know it will b awhile but I can hang out till u finish her yea n the gold is really cool 👍👍👍👍
