I can say ( because I already got one) it is the best investment if you use a lot your stetoscope. The sound quality is sooo great and the record function is really useful for med student when he wants to ask to their attendant about a specific sound in a patient. The only problem is the usb port position, it can get really dirty. ( I cannot imagine an emergency doctor, that port could trap a lot of blood). However, that problem really have a simple solution, you just put tape to cover the port and problem solve. Hope my opinion worth some help and hope everybody a good day.

If your stethoscope fits more securely with the pediatric connectors, do you have to use the smaller pediatric side of the bell to auscultate?

Can you please make a video on anki's latest version 2.1.45? There are a lot of changes from the previous version and it's very confusing.

My bell kept falling off since I bought it. plastic cracked. trashed at 1 years and 1/2. Eko said they would sell me a new one!! Trashed it.

So is the attachment usable on every Stethoscope or only a Littman? I just ordered the core electronic littmann Stethoscope but I did have a blue littmann one already. I really wanted this new one its got a rainbow bell and I got it engraved.

Yup it should work on most stethoscopes

Nobody forces you to buy one. But it's capitlism and if you look for prices of other manufacturers, they are quite the same or even higher. You can't compete against giant companies like littmann with a super low price because first of all you have to invest a lot of money into the research and product at all. And actually I heard plenty of students complaining of "not hearing anything" with their stethoscopes. So the learning curve is quite low. I myself bought one 6 years ago because I also couldn't hear clear sounds. And it was a good investment because it allowed me to learn because I actually could hear the sounds.

I recommend this video to nobody, the Anking sold out and needs his tuition paid....... waste of time.....

Do none of those count?
