Something to bear in mind, entrapment like this using their vehicles, you would potentially have grounds on the basis of self-defense by ramming your way out. They clearly intended to trap the vehicle, so you fending for your life in a dangerous situation through ramming would actually have legal justification. The courts would be on your side with that one I'm pretty sure.

I think the range rover would be hard to shove out of the way with a smaller family car, seen another Pj video outside of a scrap yard and a punter got aggressive, warning sign there,these places and the characters that run them have always rough and ready, they employ people that would normally struggle to get a job , criminal records ETC, the back street scrap yard were obviously crooked in the day, you would think the size of that yard they would be a little more professional instead of getting their balls out

I wonder how these guys would have responded if they'd have seen the drone flying over the top but the pilot was miles away and nowhere to be seen. Would they have gone searching for ages or would they have just been a bit angry. Either way hope these guys get locked up and I hope the key is thrown inside the smelter we saw at the beginning of the video.

It's extremely manipulative and you'd have to be an idiot to genuinely believe it. Shotgun shells can't travel 100m into the air anyway which is how high he was flying and besides you'd need excellent aim given how tiny it is all the way up there.

PJ, I hope you have some more video evidence which you aren't showing so that they can't watch it and get their lies coordinated. If this is it I would recommend that you make it private and hand it to the police until the case is completed. In terms of suing the company, according to their accounts they can easily afford to payout a few grand.

Happy that you're okay after this horrific ordeal by thugs who are supposed to be respected business owners. They obviously are doing something illegal due to that violent response and have only made it worse for themselves as they will now not only be under investigation, but in the public eye. I'm sure that the many other auditors will share your video now.

They all jumped on him because he happened to waltz in when they were up to no good. Hence the reaction. People, normal people, do not assault visitors on or near their business premises. @@warrengeew Nope, already have seen auditor's in action, Google drove down our road, and tax asseesscor to take pictures of the property but the dumbass decided he had every right to access my land and he said I couldn't stop him naturally he was thrown off and told to never step on our property again and he could take his pictures from public and that he was the people's employee which he said no I work for many counties and I work independent. So that is a yes you're a public servant now toddle on. We have camera's everywhere on our property, vehicles and have recorded when in public. If you haven't noticed the minute you walk out you door you are being recorded. We in turn wave at people that are recording and say hi. It doesn't hurt a bit.

Is using a vehicle in the commission of an offence a specific breach of legislation?.... By using vehicles to block you in ( unlawful detainment) they have opened themselves up to charges which can result in their licences being revoked/disqualified.

These guys sound like some people in a West Yorkshire based film I've just watched called *Catch Me Daddy* (2014). Same accent and same level of intelligence. I briefly looked at the credits and recognised the surname of one of the lead actors, as a name associated with violent criminal activity in my city, a lot of which are gypsies. After a quick Google search, I found that the actor is one of those gypsy criminals from my city, and has been inside for assault with weapons. He's a director of companies with a similar theme to these guys. I'm willing to be that this scrap yard is run by criminals, who are most likely related to that same criminal family, most of which live roughly 8-12 miles away in a specific neighbourhood of my city.

Don’t get me wrong I love the standards that PJ and DJ And most of the journalists are setting , with their more laid back , positive approach, more passive aggressive, and articulate with their demeanour.. now y’all know why we carry taxers and Pepper spray . Here we can legally defend ourselves and our property by as much force as necessary. I don’t know the laws there but y’all better pay attention. Trust me . SGV, high desert, David , and many others started the same way .. polite and respectful, then come the hands and the assaults . I live by the wish clause… wish a mafucca would come at me like that .

Is the second copper Dom from Dick and Dom In Da Bungalow? Don't expect anything positive by the Police: their body language says it all. That firm needs a visit by: the Environment Agency; HMRC; Police; every auditor in the UK.

So, it wasn't just me that'd thought that when I'd first seen that copper. 😆

I get the feeling these guys are criminal scumbags, or in some way associated with organised crime. Either way, more light needs to be shined on them.

Stay strong PJ. I think one of the best things that can happen now is the whole of the UK’s auditors descend onto this place for regular audits. show these low IQ individuals that threats and intimidation makes things worse not better.

It did feel like worlds dumbest criminals where they film themselves doing crimes. Now all the unwelcome attention will be on that place. I can see that Amish fella blagborough and his team taking a hard look at this place and what they do, takes 5 punks to beat up one senior man, cowards and criminals.

Armed police should have attended and searched for a weapon ! His vehicle insurance company should be made aware of him using his car as a weapon or obstruction which will void his policy . The guy who took a photo your registration may have access to someone that is able to get your details , So make a request to DVLA about someone threatening to access your info through them and they will put a request alert on the mark. Also you were injured by staff working for a business so make a claim though their public liability insurance which can be found online .

If they are threatening with a shotgun then the armed police should be there and remove. Any guns. I hope you sue them for alarm harassment and distress. And any injuries. Mind you for what I saw the filth don’t seem interested. It might be just my perception. I hope you get it sorted. But they clearly have something to hide in that scrap yard.

So sorry to hear what you went through PJ. I would sue them all for assault. Just hope that the police will arrest them all. You take care especially with your broken arm.

Problem is we didn't see an assault,unless you are holding it back for criminal prosecution.Those guys definately have something to hide.
