This couldn't have come at a better time. The last several weeks have been challenging. My insomnia has been brutal lately. Sleep doesn't seem possible anymore. I'm barely functioning anymore. Thank you for making this session Anna. It's very much needed.

I really understand. I'm in same situation. I am starting to practice acceptance via the Sleep Coach School on youtube. Accepting your resistance, knowing it is just the fight or flight response from the brain..sort of pushing gently through to sleep. Found this lady last night, or should I say 7am when still awake yet again & v distraught. These things are gradually helping but sometimes it slips back really bad again & all hell breaks loose!

Thank you for this lovely calming video 😊💖 Personally, I would watch your videos more often if they had softer / dimmer lighting. I have my brightness all the way down and I use the night mode and it’s still quite bright for my eyes. Just thought I’d share that feedback in case others might have the same request. 🙏🏼

This couldn’t have come at a better timing, as I felt that I had not been sleeping enough for the last few days and got very tired and fatigued in the process. Been trying to sleep more since yesterday so hopefully Anna’s Reiki video will help a little. Thank you Anna!

I appreciate your work Anna, you do a great job. As a listener though, i struggle with asmr content that drops loud noises in after the first 5 minutes...i.e the rattle at 21 minutes is jolting and waking... i invite all asmr artists to keep any loud sounds to the first portion of the video.
