The goal for my channel is to keep things simple, organic, and focused on triggers, because those are my favorite types of ASMR videos. I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

Bro that part when you used the blue and black pen to scratch the metal ring was amazingggg it actually gave me tingles and I don't get those very often. Would love to see a video with more of that incorporated! Keep up the good work

Do you have any tips memorizing types of drugs? I am in psychology and one of the units focuses on drugs, but I always get mixed up with all of them. Any help would be appreciated 😂

it depends on what specifically you need to know, but flash cards are usually helpful, and getting someone else to test you on them too! and a lot of the time the generic name will have part of the class in it so you can at least remember what they do if you learn those suffixes (like -statin, -mab, -lol, etc)
