The goal for my channel is to keep things simple, organic, and focused on triggers, because those are my favorite types of ASMR videos. I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

Hey, Bitty, this is gonna be a weird and embarrassing comment but I just had to thank you. Yesterday, I was having a bad day... I mean a bad one. I was sitting on my bed, crying, after getting in a huge fight with my husband, and I pull out my phone for some Asmr comfort and your last video is on and just seeing you smile and clearly loving what you're doing..... Well, it gave me such comfort and calmed me. So thank you.. For helping someone you don't even know. Thank you. Much better today you are my favorite asmrtist

Was super pleased to see you uploaded a video today! Work has been pretty shitty this whole week and I haven't been in a great mood as a result, but this notification was a nice pick-me-up :) the scratching sounds in particular are soooo good. hope you're doing well! (p.s. I know you're not the biggest fan of wearing the slipper flats that you're showing around 17 minutes in, but the sounds they made were actually some of my favorites!!)
