I am usind a Phonic Power pod 740 as a mixer, a Casio CTK-2500 , an ATM 89R Audio Technica microphone and finally, my favourite sound card, the Focusrite solo 3-rd generation.
This is recorded in Audacity.
By the way, English is not my native language.
