Having the worst day, I relapsed so great (note the sarcasm) I was recovering just fine and then I got my new antidepressants and they made me kinda high then I had *the* worst panic attack I’ve had since recovery. This helped a lot and your videos have helped immensely with recovery and dealing with anxiety, I cannot thank you enough for that. I’ll forever be grateful to you
