How did you not fall asleep

Sometimes I use ASMR to help me focus while I work and sometimes I use it for sleep, let me just say that this is the best sleep ASMR video I've ever watched. So much so that sometimes I can't watch it while I work or I will get too sleepy! Its incredibly soothing!

This made me sleep for 5.5 hours straight last night so needless to say I'm back for more tonight 😂 I'm a mom of 2 under 2, I never get quality sleep like that!

@user-nx4lc9pf5j sorry only just seen your response omg your so right my poor 2 babies have been so ill this past week. Throwing there guts up . My 9 month old caught it off his now 2 year old sister. It was terrible. Had to take them both to hospital. Hope your resting well mama take it easy 💗

This is my all-time favorite ASMR video, to doze off too. and I've watched a lot of them to help a condition I have that makes it hard to get to sleep. It has the perfect balance in trigger-sounds, commentary, and silence. A lot like the rolling waves of a quiet beach-front. Anyways, thank you so much for this video. I really appreciate it.
