I think this is what they call the " Rag doll effect". Its where the barber forgets the customer is a patient and violently shakes, beats and whips him back and forward faster then Jayda smith does with her hair. There was no relaxation for the customer in this appointment. I would even go as far as to say he was on crack or something. Poor customer is lucky he didnt walk out with dislocated limbs lol
