I do in fact have ADHD, having been diagnosed since the age of 3, and can say that when it comes to ASMR and satisfying triggers and tingles, Fred does not fail.

@@sebb8347 Well, I'm not a doctor, nor have I ADHD, but I've just found this: "ADHD symptoms start before age 12, and in some children, they're noticeable as early as 3 years of age. ADHD symptoms can be mild, moderate or severe, and they may continue into adulthood. ADHD occurs more often in males than in females, and behaviors can be different in boys and girls."

Torch spinner is someone I've just found and NOBODY else in the asmr genre has used it (I literally searched and no one uses it) I'd love to hear more and see the torch spinner used more because my brain go zzzzzzzz after the sounds it makes

What’s funny is for me visual asmr is more intense than most sounds it’s about feeling rubbing the material hard sending tingles through my spine

I do have ADHD, but then again, have NEVER gotten tingles, but I use ASMR to relax, especially when sick.

Musician ASMR roleplay please

I have ADD. This video is a good asmr video but not particularly suited for my ADD. Due to my lack of focus, talking actually helps me stay focused to the noise. However, still good quality general ASMR!

The fact I have most of these things including the Pokémon fidget spinner because I collect fidgets for my ADHD 😭💀
