​@@PersimmonHurmopeople like different things, I don't particularly like the overly production, I mostly watch Fred's videos of 6,7 years ago because the newest ones don't work for me (I opened this one out of curiosity) , sometimes what works for me it's a person doing their first asmr video on their phone, it's fine, there are content for all of us.

Something I love about your videos is not only can I pass out to them but my friends and I watch your videos just for fun! I know you’re a family man and KZread is your job, but don’t let the KZread algorithm get under your skin. With a lot of big long time KZreadrs leaving because of similar reasons, I hope it doesn’t do that to you! Keep up the awesome content but I also hope you still enjoy doing ASMR!

Can we appreciate the subtle differences which are absolutely monumental between the noob and the pro? Mic placement, lighting, even the clothes he wears makes it easier for you to fall asleep when listening to pro. Especially the clothes and lighting, makes it not as bright. Masterpiece

Even Ted is better than many asmr channels I've seen. One thing that peeves me about many channels are uncomfortable frequencies that aren't corrective EQ'd and if they're recording sounds at a desk, they mount the mics directly to the desk so every small bump is this huge bass boosted thump!

I remember listening to you when this channel first started. I don't listen to much ASMR these days anymore, but it was awesome to see as soon as you said "hello," the tingles came right back :) glad to see you're doing well Fred!

The “is the mic gonna get ruined? No. No.” had me rolling. So many ASMRtists I watched years ago had to take a hiatus bc they ruined their mic doing spraying vids 😂

Damn the difference in the spray bottles was huge 😂 Great transition from the awkward setup to the professional magic of making it rain. Honestly it didn't really get super tingly for me but it was very pleasant and relaxing of course.

You just reminded me of how long I’ve been listening to not only your channel but asmr is general. Kinda crazy how fast time flies. I still rmbr your old videos lol I think I was still in secondary school back then. Despite Ted’s noob asmr being cringy with the hardsell, the triggers are still pretty tingly.

Omg the scissors... it's something that makes me crazy in other videos! Totally ruins the "hair cut" asmr experience for me if they sound like Ted's. Thank you for really showing the difference between good and bad scissor sounds!

Keyboards with NX snows, lubed Tealios, Gateron Yellows/Ink, Pandas or even Mx silent reds sound amazing. Preferably lubed without ping or scratch. I regularly take out an old, high latency keyboard with lubed gateron yellows out of the closet just to hear the thocks. Great video as always.
