I've been watching stuff on KZread ever since the platform came out. I never really understood why people even subscribed to channels or why they'd even wait for videos. It never made any sense to me. But after being here on this channel I think I finally understand that feeling and I eagerly wait for new content! I was having a rough night, depression decided to instead of paying me a visit, to came to stay. The video, but more specifically the Cho Ku Rei counterclockwise while doing it on my chest, helped me immensely to calm down my angst and despair. Thank you. Sometimes i feel i have no more strength to fight just to find a helping hand guiding me to keep going. Again, thank you, thank you very much, from the bottom of my heart ❤️
