I usually don’t watch ASMR/Reiki in the morning but I have been in such pain from arthritis in my back, knees, and wrists that I wanted to relax more this morning before getting up. When you said the parts for back and knee pain I truly felt that; I could feel my hair stand up. The timing of this video was magical for me. Thank you!

I don't know anything about reiki. But I love your channel because you have a very calming energy and your videos are always very relaxing. I agree with alot of others that the symbol names and hand movements are a good ASMR trigger. And I love the 'nobody needs anything from you' line very much! Sarah, your videos are by far the best for calming, relaxing asmr and you are the only reiki healer I've watched that I feel the energy from. I've noticed that there's reiki for back pain/knee pain/pain in general as well as for things like love, courage, and abundance. But is there reiki for metabolism activation, solving creative blocks, and self-esteem boosting? I'm really curious about reiki's uses.

Yes there is but you also have to work at it yourself. I probably didn’t include those symbols as I stupidly didn’t have them all in front of me and I teach 6 different types so that is a lot of symbols to remember.

I'm always trying to work at it, but I also believe that every little bit helps too! :) I wasn't trying to say anything bad, I was just curious is all.

Actually there are over 500 different types of reiki. Energy changes, moves with the times and the needs. Open your mind and stop being so blinkered.
