Good luck with noom Matty! I did the program for a year and saw amazing results both mentally and physically. I LOVED my noom group. They really helped keep me going. And I notice that even now after the program I have kept my new good habits.

This guy is a gentleman and a scholar. I bought his beanie and donated a tiny bit and he sent a personal video thanking me! Really classy and appreciated during this difficult period in my life. Can’t recommend this guy enough to my asmr friends. You’re the best Matty, hope you know it. 😊
