I love that it was like a night session therapy that's so different... Most of my therapies are during the afternoon so the change is so refreshing! And I found this super helpful for sleep and my mental health... Guys I know it's challenging but your strong enough to push through! this is actually really nice ive had a bad therapist before and ive had very on off opinions on therapy but honestly this makes me hopeful that if i ever need therapy again that there is a therapist who can actually help me

the thing I like about Matty is that all his videos ive seen are like the nicest coach speaks to you and stuff he's not like other asmrists that have roleplaying videos that are like "Meanest girl talks to you".
