I’ve gone for Chinese foot spa and the therapists always think I’m funny. I’m obviously ticklish, but try to control it. They can adjust so you are comfortable. Many people are ticklish, they are used to it. So give it a try!

Same thing with me,i am very ticklish but this looks so relaxing.I don't know if i could have it done without squirming and trying to pull my feet away lol.

No one could pay ME enough money to ever consent to that kind of torture. No one is ever allowed anywhere near my feet period. I'd rather have every bone in my body broken by a Loan Shark with a bat who I didn't pay back in enough time over being tickled in any way.

Hi Shili as always I love your content, but these videos personally I enjoy them more when the specialist explains what the tools and machines do and what are they for, I find the explaining of the procedures a very nice touch to the asmr experience

they make funny noises for the most part, these treatments are for ceremony not therapy. in the beginning when the therapist takes notes her pen doesnt even have ink.

For those of you who need at home treatment for rough heels, soak them in water with a couple drops of tea tree oil and swirl it around. If you bathe instead of shower, you can put the drops in that way. I found out by accident some years ago when I put in bath for a different reason. However, I had to stop due to at some point my eczema resented tea tree oil in water. I can still use it in shampoo and conditioner. Maybe soak for about 20 minutes a day until desired results, which should not be more than a week or two. May be sooner than that!

Yea eczema hates all things exfoliating, as well as most skincare actives (like vitamin c, retinol, aha, bhas, etc). You could however try to use hyaluronic acid drops for baths, which would hopefully also help with any dry spots on the body. Though remember to not stay in baths for too long, and really thoroughly dry your feet to eliminate fungi or eczema flair-ups from prolonged water exposure 💖

You can also get yourself a pumice stone if you have sensitive skin. I scrub the heels and soles of my feet right before I get out of the shower, and it takes all of 2 minutes.

Sadly had a few rounds of it this year. Thabkfully once I spray, itch immediately stopped. Currently do not have it.
