How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

I love this one too!I was wondering if you would please do one with long nails tapping nail on nail and one scratching the salt rock?I listen to only yours and theirs only one long enough for me to fall asleep,especially the nail on nail tapping..Nobody does it the way you do,and thank you for what you do,this one is really good too.I will watch them ALOT if u make them,especially nail on nail.I don't know why that puts me to sleep but it totally does.😊

oml!! this has to be by far the best idea ever, seashell scratching??! I love how the rigid edges sounded like! I am so ready for bed, I’m actually kinda excited. 😅 And I forgot to comment on the Q&A video!! I wanted to say that I’m very happy you included my question, I loved hearing how you responded so interested in my comment!
