Hello, and welcome to my channel! I got these long nails specifically to do a nail on nail tapping video! I love these nails so much, but they are just sooo long haha. I also did some tapping and scratching on objects in between to mix it up and make it more interesting! I hope you like it!

How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

I always scroll past long nails and nail on nail, but because it's you JayLynn I gave it a good go, and I'm not regretting my choice, thanks for opening me up to this trigger I would not have clicked if it wasn't by you! Kinda reminds me of my mum and her long nails, she loved fidgeting and tapping with them, I really miss her right now so this was oddly comforting as well as tingly. Aww I love that you mentioned that. When I was little, my grandmother had long nails, and she’d always scratch my back or scalp, and it was sooo relaxing. She’d tap on things and scratching fabric too. I think that’s where my love of scratching came from. It’s a comforting, familiar, relaxing feeling to me. Thank you for sharing.
