To Anyone Wondering: ASA: Angle Side Angle SAS: Side Angle Side RHS: Right Hypotenuse Side SSS: Side Side Side These are used to find wether 2 triangles are congruent or not. Congruent means they are the same shape but they might have unequal dimensions. For example, if a triangle has all 3 sides as 3 cm, then a triangle with all sides as 1.5 cm would be congruent with it because all sides will be divided in same ratio i.e. 3/1.5=2 Here, SSS rule has been used because we have considered only the sides of triangle without using angles. Similarly RHS,ASA ans SAS are used.

Actually, congruence means two triangles are identical, meaning they have the same side lengths and angles! Two triangles that have the same angles but different side lengths would be called "similar" and would indeed have the side lengths in proportion as you described :)

@@smo0ve209SAS means that the angle is basically in between the two given sides, so you have the length of one side, an angle and then the length of other side that touches the given angle if that makes sense😅

Not SSS, we will use RHS here. As RHS is applied when right angle is given, the hypotenuse is equal and any one remaining side given, it can be either base side or the perpendicular.

Around 11:40 when you are doing the question about congruent triangles, A stands for angle and S stands for side length. So ASA is angle-side-angle, SAS stands for side-angle-side and SSS stands for side-side-side. RHS is probably just there to throw you off. It's worth mentioning that the order of the letters matters, although I've tried and failed countless times to do it over text. Hopefully someone else can explain that part better than me through writing

In 25:47 you made a mistake because in Q 8 it said to write the answer in simplest form. So both 15 and 25 are divisible by 5 , so the correct answer would be 3:5. 😊.

I got an F when i did my GCSE Maths in school. I was tested for dyscalculia at A-Level and now I'm having to resit my exam at 28 so i can go into teacher training. If I'd known how much my difficulties with maths were going to affect me later in life, I would've tried harder if I could so I wouldn't have to deal with this stuff now. But for the life of me i cannot wrap my head around a lot of mathematical concepts. Any other subject, no matter how much i didn't care about it or was just disinterested in, i could still make an effort to get a pass. But in school the only things i was good at were art and history. Numbers have just always felt like a foreign language to me that I'll never fully be able to comprehend.
