I used micellar water for years, went through several bottles but I always felt like something was missing. I highly recommend an oil based cleanser or coconut oil to remove makeup, it works 100x better at removing all makeup. Then wash your face after to get rid of the oil, esp if you don't like the texture of the oil around your eyes. The added benefit to using the coconut oil is that it makes your lashes grow. The times I've stopped using it because I wasn't wearing makeup, I could see a difference in the quality of my lashes. You can use the micellar water after you wash to get rid of residual makeup around the edge of your face you may have missed. Just my opinion after using both.

Girl this is 100 % my experience! I used the bioderma first, then the Garnier one. The first problem is that the don't tell you that you have to rinse it off. When I rinsed it off I always had panda eyes from residual eye makeup! I always repeated it multiple times and after years I finally said screw it and used my coconut oil that I use for my hair and it worked so well. Another thing I discovered recently is tubing mascara, it washes off well with warm water. :)

You should always wash off micellar water because it clogs your pores

I love love love my makeup erasers. I was having some stinging/burning with any kind of makeup removing product around my eyes but these are just microfiber little towels and you soak them in water and then wipe your makeup off, they work like a dream for me!

I also have dry skin around my forehead & chin :). I use the Garnier micellar water, then Paula’s Choice cleanser, then retinol (3 nights a week) and then Paula’s Choice gel-like nightcream. In the morning I use Nivea bio daycream mixed with Nivea facial sunscreen. It works perfect for me 👍🏻
