remember to ween yourself off slowly. dont try to be a hero and quit cold turkey. its easier to break only one habit at a time. and remember to think about any small set backs in terms of the bigger picture, and how far youve come.

I don't know HOW you do it, but whatever the microphone you use, you always set them up PERFECTLY to give me ASMR- like the right gain and right everything

Random suggestion that will most likely never get seen: when breaking the pattern, try just stopping all together instead of making a bunch of other sounds.
