How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

I am SO glad I found this channel because you pay so much attention to texture. I have been looking for textured glass tapping and have been struggling to find it, but here I am. I also love how you have no intro, no outro, and no talking. wow ALL of these triggers just ✨ chef’s kiss ✨ and i mean that, like when i watch a video with multiple triggers i usually feel neutral on some then some i like more but i genuinely liked all these triggers! but i definitely need a full video of the pencil case one😩 anyone know any similar triggers to that one?

I think it’s a plastic gourd! I got it in an autumn pack for fall decorations. It came with acorns and plastic pumpkins!
