After some digging and a closer examination of the shower head, I have come to the conclusion that she’s using the ECOHEADS transparent shower head. Here’s a link to it ecoheads.com/product/ecoheads-showerhead/ . Although, Amazon has great alternatives for about a 1/10th of the cost!
