You are watching too many asmr videos. Take a break & give your brain a break from using the same stimulus. You body grows accustomed to the sound that give you the tingles & the only way to get them back for me & from what I've read is to find something else to give the stimulus or to break from it completely. Best of luck getting your tingles back!!
