As I listed to this I prepped for and then did a long luxurious yoga session after not doing yoga for months. My body was in so much pain, but I listened to you and gently walked myself through some extremely needed yoga. Then I made myself some plant based yogurt with granola and ate that with a hot pad on my thigh because my quad is hurting. Then I brushed me teeth, washed my face, laid down and gave myself some massage with Arnica Montana and then rested on a heating pad and tingled through the Reiki session. All this is to say with your voice in my ear I just spent more time on self care than I have in months. My whole body feels calm and alive with energy. My mind feels calm. I didn’t even know how broken down I was. Thank you for this beautiful warmth. I need healing and self care so badly. And I agree - it softens me. Makes me more compassionate to others. And makes room for me to give others more - because I tended to my body and the garden of my spirit. Thank you. 🤍

Wow!! I felt like this video was meant for me to see. It couldn’t be more accurate. Everything happens for a reason weather good or bad it was meant to happen. The last year and a half that I have had has been probably one of the hardest I’ll ever have to go through, I know i was being shown the strength I really have. I never knew how strong I was until the only reason why I’m still here is because of my two girls knowing I could not leave them alone with no mom. Everything I have been through I feel has changed me as a person but in a good way. I feel my strength was pushed beyond its limits and I’m just now almost to the end of my very stressful life situations from the last year and a half.

Nothing against Lune Innate, she's lovely, but I much prefer you. Your voice, energy, aura, presence ... everything about you soothes and rejuvenates my spirit in a way she cannot match. She taught you well and I will forever be grateful for that.

I love how you combine ASMR with reiki. So glad I found your channel. 💕❤️
