I know I've commented it before but I can't thank you enough for how much you've helped me to sleep after tapering off depression / anti-anxiety medication :) therapy, meditation, physical exercise, breath and energy work for me now. No chemicals anymore.

Vestu I got off of anti depressants, Xanax and soma......I have a pain Doctor that shuts my neck and back pain down with radio nerve ablation so I’m no longer in pain causing depression and anxiety.....I wish you the very best being chemical free and prayed for your recovery......God bless🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@@gunsmoke6230 Thank you! I had Xanax too. Better to stay away from benzodiazepines... unless in short-term emergency use, but they can be addictive. Anyway, yeah man! Still chemical free, there are better and worse days but it's definitely under control with my new habits and the direction is right. Thanks! I finally was over my anxiety during Corona, I am not an anxious person in general but it had bothered me more than I expected, and I often had a feeling that I had stones in my stomach and just an overall not good feeling around my center. So, not to babble, it was finally gone but today it came back and I felt gloomy and downcast but restless at the same time. Then I remembered that I haven't watched your latest video and here I am and it's perfect. 🥰😘 It clicked when you said "overactive solar plexus" and I think that is exactly what it is. A bad feeling that it is "working" inside of me. Now I am watching this video with my noise cancelling earbuds on to block out loud noises from the neighbourhood, had some drops of lavender essential oil on a tissue next to me and I am already feeling much lighter! The heavy solar plexus feeling inside of me is gone. I love you, you are a calm angel with the most beautiful voice and reiki work and your videos always do a lot for me and especially today. 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

Anna, I think your reiki videos work as better ASMR than the ones on your ASMR channel (and most other channels), and I mean that in the best way. ASMRtists try to replicate what you have naturally. You have such a natural and relaxing presence while you are doing reiki. Random trigger or role playing videos don’t produce the same effect (for me at least). Thank you for you sincerity, and keep it up!

Hi Anna! Thank you so much for this video and your work. I know the solar plexus is related to creativity and I absolutely loved and constantly re listen to your session addressing creativity. I was wondering if you could do another one similar sometime?
