​@@porschiadover907as an ER nurse I can confirm that this is not the case. It would depend on the severeness of the allergy first n foremost. These medications are used to calm\help treat the ill n uncomfortable effects caused by an allergic reaction but absolutely cannot PREVENT food allergy. Now if the food allergy is mild (say when u eat crab the only reaction u have is breaking out in hives) then yes this would be ok to do. However if u have a severe allergy to a food that results in anaphylaxis (like ppl that have severe peanut allergies) then NO MEDICATION can prevent this n u should stay completely away from the allergen. This is not to be rude or call u out for being wrong or anything like that. I jknownu were trying to help n be nice. I just want to put this out there bc this is misinformation that could really harm someone if not explained correctly 😊

Hi sweetie. I cook the sauce for over 30 minutes so the spices blend nicely. Basically cook for as long as you can. I let it simmer until it’s nice and thick 🥰♥️♥️♥️
